Nice for storing items at the freezer, but not so good for sous vide
I tried two bags -- the small and the big ones --, but both were a bit difficult to create negative pressure (vacuum). Eventually, I managed to do so, but on 12-hour sous vide bath. Both leaked the contents. :-(So I'm a bi disappointed. I'd say that for sous vide, these bags might not be your best option.
Pros
- Adequate. Vacuum pump is a little difficult to use but with some practice it gets the job done.
Cons
- The idea is great but the execution is off. The bags tear easily.
