I would even call it a toggle switch, not a button, but it's a little thing. These switches are very handy for permanent or temporary use with 12V devices, be it lights, fans, booster relays, POTA (ham radio) transceivers or general hobby use. In my case, many of the components in my ham radio setup are powered by a 12V DC supply. Normally the power is always on, but by adding switches to certain paths I can turn off unnecessary devices and keep others on. Three color-coded cables make installation very easy, and the included cable length is sufficient for most applications. You can always extend the wiring by crimping or soldering a regular patch cord or zip wire.
