I was a little worried when I bought this because of the low price. To my surprise, it works great! I love it. My knives are razor sharp! I even sharpened an old set of knives that didn't cut anything. They are also razor sharp. It is very easy to use and doesn't take time to sharpen knives. It also works great with scissors. THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX ARE ACCURATE. Note that the paper feed direction is not the best. For example: In some places it is written to put knives back and forth through the sharpener - no, no, no! Run knives on ONE SIDE only. If your knife is very dull, use slot two, do the same with slot three, and then use the last slot four. If your knife just needs a little sharpening, use slot three and then slot four. The first slot is for scissors. I added this above as I was reading the one star reviews and some people were wielding knives back and forth in the directions listed, this is the way to go. I highly recommend this product.
