This material is amazing! I first bought this because I was looking for a high protein product with minimal digestive discomfort for my mom. Her gallbladder was removed and she had to give up fat and dairy products. She was then diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was very sensitive to MANY foods. This helped her eat without the cramps that come with high-fat cow's milk. Pancreatic cancer spasms are the WORST, so anything that went into avoiding them was worth it. I am currently on an hCG diet that is calorie restricted. I use this as a meal replacement by mixing it with frozen berries, almonds, and coconut milk. I think it smells delicious, like cream cheese, but without the sweetener the taste is very bland and bland. I add a packet of Stevia Blend and a drop of Better Stevia English Toffee Flavored Drops and it's SO GOOD! On my second container and will buy again if it doesn't get too expensive.
