I have had several secateurs that were dull, had nicks or did not work properly. I know some of them have replaceable blades but I decided to sharpen them with grit belts. It worked fantastic! I was able to sharpen the blades and even remove nicks very quickly, and the coarse grit quickly restored a great working edge. All of them now work better than new ones!
