I ordered it in size S (small) and it arrived in the time expected - I even got a photo of where my package was left by the delivery person, which is pretty new and cool for me I usually wear PXS/XXS/XS but really wanted this and realized based on the reviews if it was smaller than the advertised size I would take it. When trying it on I saw that it fits a size S from Zara/Forever 21/H&M - as I expected. The ties come with the sweater but you have to put them in yourself - it can be annoying but I know how to do it so it wasn't a big deal. I got a lot of compliments on the baby blue color when I wore it; It was a cold 10 degree day in LA and for the last few years it was more suited to LA fall/winter/spring than East Coast winter, unless you wear lots of layers for later. . The material isn't too thick and doesn't add bulk, which is a good thing.
