If you are thinking of taking this speaker as an external speaker for a MacBook or Apple TV, then you better forget about it. When connected to a MacBook Air m1, there is a delay of 2-3 seconds when switching audio or video tracks, and when playing / pausing. This problem has already turned out to be at least 3 years old, and people have written to Apple support and discussed it on the forums, but Apple has not done anything yet. This is an Airplay2 cant. There are also occasional noise/crackles during playback, just like with cheap Chinese speakers. For a speaker whose main task is sound, this is just a failure. Too bad I didn't know about this before buying. It is not possible to return it back, since this is a technically complex device, the packaging has been opened, the device has been activated, etc. Will have to sell on ebay
