Review on 🔧 Dorman 626-538 HVAC Heater Hose Assembly: OE FIX for Cadillac/Chevrolet/GMC Models by Tyler Markham

It works almost perfectly for the 2006 Silverado LT3 Crew Cab RWD without optional HVAC - works with minor modifications. Dorman apparently decided they didn't want to make a version for my truck since that version is for vehicles with rear HVAC controls, an auxiliary heater or something. The only difference, however, is that the quick connect adapter fits into the core of the heater on the firewall. If you change this part or find a way to reuse the old fast connection, it will work "perfectly".
