I also think that the calf straps can give more if I make them softer. Just take a look. They are not very wide so if you have a wide foot they may not fit you. There is plenty of toe room, but not much in the girth of the foot. Inner gusset comes with unattached leg insert only. I haven't had to ride them yet, but a review I read suggested it might take a while to get used to the boot's unforgiving forefoot. This seems very true. You are half cute. I bought them because they matched the rest of my riding gear.
