Review on Whiskey Glasses Tumblers Drinking Chrismas by Darrell Beecher

Bought several times. I've bought several sets from the latest BOGO deal and the new ones are noticeably smaller with a different, less square bottom. At first I was disappointed, but then I realized that the performance is exactly the same on the new ones.... Only the double wall is thinner, which makes the lens appear smaller overall. The newest ones are smaller and easier to hold. I'm a little girl with little hands and I can appreciate it. I also have Norlans so I'll try to describe the similarities/differences. I prefer these. Like the Norlans, they are made of lightweight borosilicate. It is very fragile and light. They're easier to keep. I dropped Norlan a day after receiving it. Yes, the Norlans are guaranteed if you drop them, but the shipping cost is $20 per jar. They are very easy to drop as they are smooth on the outside and relatively straight. They have a curved appearance that naturally conforms to your fingers (even after a pour or 3 clean Eagle Rare). They appear to be slightly heavier than the Norlan. At first I was a bit embarrassed by the feeling of lightness. It was cheap. They feel slightly smaller than the Norlan. My Norlan's lip has noticeable little bumps and bumps. You don't really see them, but my lips and tongue find every little bump that's distracting and annoying. - Drinking sensation, nose and taste are identical to Norlan. - Both Norlan and she have a visible seam.... never mind. And while we're comparing whiskey glasses... For God's sake…. I can't imagine how anyone can enjoy Glencairn!?!? I like to slurp slowly when sniffing…. Who on earth could stick their nose in a Glencairn while sipping!? Also, they have a huge way of calling out "an obscene older woman with a deep voice and a cigarette"... Maybe it's some kind of reference to the movie or my childhood that I can't remember... I'm not sure. But I'm sure drinking from them is a nuisance and doesn't add anything positive to the experience. I'll finish with that. It doesn't look like Glencairn at all, which is great!
