Just installed the item today. It doesn’t come with a template or screws but was very easy to install after a few quick measurements. Item looks good in the cabinet I installed it on and is very sturdy. Just make sure you make acccurate cuts. Ecuador there isn’t much of a "lip” for the sides. Great product.
