Stopped working after 4 months

I had them in the whole class and my kids liked them but they stopped working after 4 months. I wanted to turn them on one day and they just wouldn't work. Tried different sockets, new batteries in the remote control, everything. Nothing worked. I talked about how disappointed I was and nobody answered me.
