It works but the wire size is too small!
Connector looks high quality but the wire size is much smaller than the original. To be honest I didn't think it was thick enough to handle the current draw of the fan so I disassembled the connector and soldered thicker ones. I really didn't have a choice, it was the only plug I could get at short notice and my fan wasn't working.
