I almost never buy clothes online unless it's a copy of what I already have and love, but in this case I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want there is, so it worked. I have a dark gray (forgot the name). This is a beautiful delicate colour, almost black but softer, not shiny but with a very subtle sheen. I wanted to avoid the glossy black that a lot of parks are doing this year because it looks terrible with my skin tone. On the other hand, this soft dark gray is very flattering. The shape is great too - it's cute and pretty dashing. The hem hits the bottom of the thigh, while a non-detachable hood adds extra fabric around the shoulders. That's the only thing I was worried about because I'm already heavily leveraged and thought it might be too much volume but it's not at all. A belt accentuates the waist and gives the coat a neat look. If anything, the hood only makes the cinched waist more visible. It's also quite warm! Not insanely warm, but good for 30s and 40s and even works with 20s if you layer well underneath. The only drawback: it smelled like chemicals for a few days - I left it on the balcony to air it out. Now everything is in order. Very glad I bought it!
