I will update this review when a replacement arrives. The block I received is defective. After 5 hours on the charger, the charge indicator is still red. Remove it to turn it on to see if it turns on. Nothing. I have other Stream Light products so I chose this light as I am familiar with their approach to the product. Hopefully this is an isolated issue. We'll also see how well Revain handles it. Otherwise it makes a solid impression, the magnets are strong. What do I expect from Stream Light. The update is a replacement (kudos to Amazon), the replacement works great right out of the box. This item is very bright. So I will change the rating to 4 stars because the performance is amazing.
