DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO CHANGE

Therefore this listing sells multiple products depending on the size of the bag you are purchasing. This rating is for a 20cc bag. The photos should give you an idea of what I made and what I transported. I love this bag but took the advice of previous buyers and made an inner frame. The frame cost me about $30 for the PVC parts and I simplified the height contrary to other users' approach. The frame provided rigidity to the harnesses. Some said the bag flew away. I believe you. I wouldn't trust the straps that come with a bag as the only source for securing items. The straps that come with the bag use a slip method which doesn't work for me due to the speed and wind. I only tested it with the bag straps and they loosened after 20 miles while going under 50 mph. Instead, I used two Husky 1000lb tie-down straps and attached them to the front and rear in addition to the straps listed. Waterproof? Water got into the bag but I think it's the zipper. I've ridden over 600 miles through multiple downpours at an average speed of 80 mph. Water got into the bag, but maybe I could have avoided that by turning the bag upside down. To be honest I didn't care. I planned the trip so that there were items in the bag that could get wet and that wouldn't ruin the trip by flying off and crashing. I didn't want to lose it, but I didn't want to trust this untested bag with my vacation fun either. In general the bag works well if you modify it with the assumption that water will get in and buy extra straps.
