I really wish the device would work. I sent the first device back and am now sending this device back. I received a Speedtalk SIM as recommended. SIM works when I'm in my phone. It doesn't work in the first block and it doesn't work in the second block. Tried to contact keyy@tkstargps.com and no reply. The amber light is on when a SIM card is inserted in this device, but when you call the device it says Offline/No Service. The instructions say the chip should face up. I did this. Another buyer said the chip should face down toward the back of the device, which has an ID number on it. I tried that too. The device was also brought onto the street. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and TWO DEFECTIVE UNITS. Now I see that the device is 20 dollars cheaper than last week. Like I said, I really wanted this to work. If they stole a car from an Atlanta airport short term lot, and it would help if it really worked.
