Item arrived quickly via Revain Prime. The actual staircase looks exactly like Revain's photo, but it's taller than it looks. I chose this ladder for its price and its 330lb weight. I left it unpacked for a day and accidentally it rained heavily. So far there has been no rust or other damage, but I would not recommend long-term outdoor storage. The ladder folds completely in a straight line and easily opens to use as a ladder. Perhaps "ladder" is a misnomer, as rubber-coated steps are wide - just under a foot wide, while stairways typically have narrow, uncoated steps. It might be better to describe "stool" (not a stool) but I intend to use it as a ladder to replace overhead lights, fire alarm batteries, cupboard shelves and possibly kitchen wall units. Surely there will be other uses. As I only recently received the ladder, its durability cannot be determined without months of frequent use. However, for normal or frequent use over a long period of time at home, the ladder strikes me as solid and durable.
