Straight to the point: Logitech has no technical support. What glitches I encountered: 1) the microphone button is loose, because of which the sound balance in the right and left earphones suffers, it has to be played in order for the headphones to work normally. 2) the software is terrible, it is not installed until the end, the native cord is buggy 3) I still haven’t fully determined whether the software or the ears are buggy, but I still don’t understand why the surround sound effect disappeared, neither restarting to factory settings, nor changing usb ports, nothing helped. I end up playing without surround. Bottom line: expensive, unreliable, disgusting.
