I have purchased and installed many NVRs in the past and NONE of them come close to the quality and simplicity of this unit! The guide is amazing! (including matching images) Setup is very easy, even with different brands of cameras. System security and setup for use with DDNS and the app is very easy! I am so impressed with this system that I have already recommended this company to a neighbor. for his new home. There is no need to pay a monthly subscription fee for YOUR data when you can install such a system and have complete control over yourself. I am so impressed with this NVR that I will contact this company. I have the budget to replace 5 other cameras not their brand with better quality cameras. I can't rate technical support because I don't need it. You will not be disappointed.
