Good customer support, poor quality LEDs but they are very bright and look great when working properly. I bought these headlights for my '19 Road Glide Ultra and had to grind down the edges of the headlights to fit the turn signal housing. They worked like a charm for a few months, and then the LEDs started to burn out. I contacted the seller and he sent me a replacement free of charge and received it within days, great customer service. Once again, after about a month of use, some LEDs started to burn out. I love how they look and how vibrant they are, but the amount of work to get them to fit and only last a few months isn't worth the time and money. So I ordered different LEDs.
