Review on Compact UV Blocking Umbrella with Superior Sun Protection by Victoria Turner

This is the only UV protected cooling screen I've tried and didn't know what to expect. It seems to make little difference when you use it for outdoor walks in Arizona on a 110-degree summer day. It seemed to keep me running 10 minutes longer than usual. I have a lot of issues with heat, maybe someone will find an umbrella more effective. A word of caution for everyone - all of the weight of this umbrella is on the central stem/handle making it difficult to hold and also difficult to balance. It requires more strength to hold it, and when the wind is stronger than the breeze, it becomes even more difficult to keep the umbrella upright due to the unbalanced weight of the structure. While the umbrella's shorter stem/handle means it folds down to a compact size, it also means that you have to lift your arm almost slightly to hold the umbrella overhead.
