You might be better off buying bamboo needles - they're more eco-friendly anyway. These aluminum ones were so slippery my seams kept falling off. I ended up putting a layer of tape on it and that definitely helped but was a hassle. Otherwise good needles for a small price. EDIT: I ended up buying bamboo needles the same size and preferred the aluminum ones anyway. Bamboo needles, while less slippery, were too rough and heavy for the stitches to move smoothly over the needle. Aluminum needles with a layer of masking tape worked best for me. I am reviewing my rating from 4* to 5*.
