Of course it looks good in advertising and the box has a nice design, but what's the point if it doesn't last more than 30 seconds. Called LG thinking they would be upset that their expensive new high end home projector didn't work right out of the box. It was made in June and got to me in early August. 70 days max seems like a reasonable $6000 lifespan, especially the 0.5 days I own. I was so looking forward to my exciting film, but now I doubt if I will ever buy an LG product. It's like opening a Christmas present and finding a 3 hour minimum scavenger hunt in a garden full of hypodermic needles and discarded razor blades. At the end of what? giant feces. Difficult metaphor, I know, not my best script. To clarify, the Giant Poop is a non-working LG projector. Scavenger Hunt, the process I'm doing right now to remedy this situation. One of these highlights is the 45-minute wait at LG. LG's best solution: 20-day round-trip warranty claim at best. Also, after another 45 minutes, Revain didn't help much and I wasn't even presented with a solution, acceptable or not. I would love to check the picture quality of this device but I can't even get it to stay on.
