I was REALLY excited to get this cleaning brush as I have some hard to reach spots in my house and I need a little more reach and cleaning power to really get clean. One such place is our windows and sliding glass doors that get very dusty and dirty because we live next to farmland, we have children and pets. I tried a brush that I thought would work best, with pointed bristles. This thing is as soft as a toothbrush and I don't know how anyone uses each brush head more than a few times without the bristles becoming totally worn down and unusable. It was also a bit dirty which was odd because it had to be brand new and every part was wrapped in plastic. Overall, I would NOT recommend spending more than $50 on it, after first use it's on my laundry shelf. I wish I could return it.
