Bee cutting my own hair & others for 25 years. Always used Wahl professional clipper & andis trimmers. The clipper is Very nice & has a solid feel. They cut as good as my Wahl set, however there was 2 times while turning it back on that it was pulling… had to turn it off and back on again & it stopped pulling. It did this 2x. I Wanted to get a cordless & was going to order the Wahl since I know their quality & know what I’m getting. But I stumbled on these & after looking into it I decided to give them a try. I would tell anyone that has experience cutting that the clippers are good, but don’t waste your money on this set with the trimmer too. It sucks. It does not even come close to an andis or any other good T trimmer. I feel like they just made a cheap throw in trimmer just so they can ask for more money for the clippers. Total waste of money. Can get one that does as good or better job for under $20. I’ll never bother to use the trimmer again it’s worthless. Unless I happened to get a defective one. And if I did & the seller is confident that this is a quality trimmer then they should ship me a new one & take this worthless one they sent me back. Anyway, bottom line (only basing this off of the 1 week I had it and the 3 cuts)( I have no idea about how they will hold up) the clipper is worth buying but buying alone & you can get for good price by itself. Stay away from this combo set as the trimmers do not deliver when it comes to line ups and clean cut lines. The clippers on the closest setting does a better job then the trimmer.
