I would really like to give these LED bulbs a great rating because ultimately they LED lighting is technology They are designed to change the future by using less energy and lasting much longer than traditional incandescent or halogen bulbs. However, these lamps have a shorter lifespan than traditional 10W G4 halogen lamps. I bought a new pack of these bulbs nine months ago and now they've all burned out, more than one a month. Before I replaced my halogen bulbs with these LED bulbs, they lasted up to two or more years per bulb. So this shows you that even if you have the production capacity to make a quality LED bulb that lasts a long time, you have no desire to do so. Notice how the silicone cracked at the top? Not sure if this is the cause of the LED bulb failure, but I'm going back to halogen bulbs, at least for now, or until a more reliable product comes along.
