Ideal for 6 years.

My daughter is 6 years old and 21.5 inches tall and fits perfectly. I would say it's too big for the lower 20.9 as the helmet is basically fully fitted to my daughter. I'm impressed with the construction and lightness of the helmet. My daughter has just started mountain biking and I wanted her to have a full face which is perfect.
