Color would be matte silver not shiny
This wire works well and is as advertised. It shoots well and seems to fit 20 gauge. This is high quality tinned copper. Some reviewers seem confused by the color - tinned copper is silver and the core is copper. If it were aluminum wire it would solder very poorly, the color would be a matte silver instead of shiny and it would be much lighter. I soldered some of this wire and it takes the solder well, just like tinned copper.
