Don't order that. Spend a few bucks more and get a system that works. Description does not describe this product. The bottle doesn't close, and there can be no talk of ice beads. You think you are ordering quality because it says Pyrex, but there is no Pyrex label anywhere on the packaging and product. I received a plain white box with no instructions or directions. Must be a scam. My block was broken too. The central filter wouldn't even close, so there was no way to keep the coffee grounds inside. This will be sent back and I will get a refund.
