I'm pretty tired from all the mess on gas hobs I spend hours cleaning and degreasing. which does NOT happen in induction. Super easy cleanup (if the pasta water boils over, so what? Everyone says ONLY the magnetic pan compatibility test works. If the magnet holds and stays, it works with induction. You know what? My Oxo Goodgrips did NOT pass the kettle magnet test, but THIS STILL WORKS GREAT on this induction stovetop so testing is questionable I still have a 4 burner gas stovetop but figured that in my ultimate ideal home I would ONLY have induction I have ONE induction burner, um getting used to it and loving it! fast, clean.
