My family really enjoys using this new addition to their kitchen equipment. I even bought a recipe book for it. It is important to read the instructions. I printed out the pages on how to use the various settings correctly and pinned them to my closet for easy reference. I baked the chicken and it took less time than in a traditional oven, loved it. Just remember to put foil on the trays during use to make cleaning easier. I used the toast setting, works as expected. I have successfully dehydrated several poblano peppers. I hope it won't be long but I would buy it again.
