Works great - lid protects drawer surface from damage
I've had a few shredders/graters over the years and generally liked the way they all work but they tend to dull quickly to become when they are put on shake. in a kitchen drawer. This is the first one I've found with a handy lid to keep the tiny blades from bending or getting damaged during storage. Really big grater.
