This works great for what it is. A standard SD or MicroSD card is difficult to insert and remove from the slots. It's like the metal in the slots is bent, creating extra friction on the cards when you try to insert them. With a larger USB reader, I would expect both slots to be UHS-II, but at least a standard SD can run at UHS-II speeds if you have a UHS-II to Micro adapter, so by default you can UHS speeds get -II MicroSD too. Kingston makes a microSD UHS-II reader for the same price that is more compact and runs at UHS-II speeds (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B085P5FDXQ).
