Review on Samsung DC97 16350D Assy Damper by Jack Ford
Annoying "dc " bugs fixed!
We've suffered from "DC" failure for years, but didn't know it was due to worn shock absorbers. Eventually it got so bad that we could barely finish a load of clothes. It was an easy fix and we haven't had a single failure since I replaced it! They are a bit expensive and maybe I should have just bought a new washing machine but I am happy with this repair.
