This unit is well constructed but either misconfigured at the factory or damaged in transit despite being supplied in a hard plastic case. there is no outer packaging to cushion a fall during shipping and the "padding" inside the case is only to prevent the gauge from shifting - in the event of a fall the case has no cushioning. This item will most likely not survive long distance shipping so I came back for a refund.
