This is my first time flossing and I want to share my opinion with people like me. I was afraid to use it because someone on the internet said it hurt the first time. But that's not the case. Level 1 of this floss is not that crazy (there are 6-7 levels). I like to use it with hot water after brushing my teeth. It seems a lot cleaner than just brushing your teeth. Tip: ALWAYS put the floss in your mouth first and then squeeze it, don't squeeze it because you will get scared. Try level 1 first to see how things go, then level up the next day.
