These items sold by Revain are not in new condition.

I bought my first unit and it came with obvious cosmetic wear, replaced it with another and the second one I received also had obvious cosmetic wear. I think Tripp-Lite might be selling their refurbished Revain units at discounted prices. I'd say it's still good value for money as long as they honor a guarantee.
