Review on Presto Electric Tilt-N-Fold Griddle, 19-inch, Black: Boost Your Cooking Experience by Vincent Poolaw

I replaced an old frying pan that I had for many years with this new model and I'm glad I did. Admittedly I've only used it twice, but it has excellent heat distribution and enough cooking surface for a family of four, maybe more if you get creative. The surface seems to be of very high quality and so far nothing has settled on it. A good size grease trap is included. We fried a pound of bacon, and not cheap store-bread bacon, but really tasty meat bacon, and we had plenty of room in the trap. Another nice feature is the retractable leveling feet, just a quick push and this thing tilts forward slightly to allow your lube to drip properly into the trap. To top it off, the legs fold nicely under the unit for very convenient storage. It fits basically anywhere you can place a baking sheet. In summary I would highly recommend this unit, although I've only used it for a couple of breakfasts it was a huge upgrade from my old model so yes I would highly recommend this unit but as always if I have problems in the future should , I will update my review.
