Review on Noctua NF-A14 iPPC-2000 PWM 4-Pin Heavy Duty Cooling Fan – Ultimate Performance at 2000 RPM (140mm, Black) by Prince Burr

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great and not noisy below 3/4 of max power. Dear

If you keep them under 1600 rpm they are good and quiet. At maximum power, they hum a little and sound like an oscillating fan. Otherwise they are not cheap. Are there fans who do the same but cheaper? Yes. Do these fans have a 100,000 hour storage life? Doubtful. I have two of these on the same motherboard socket with a Y splitter and I only get 1850 maximum fan speeds. Not sure if this is normal or not. (Turns out) Update May 10, 2020: I bought two more and they run off separate fan headers on my motherboard. They work with the maximum rated speed of the fan.
