I bought this for bow hunting and you need the correct tilt distance for an accurate shot. I found that it showed a -2 foot tilt angle when aimed at an object at the same height as the range finder. This amount of bugs is unacceptable so I returned it and bought another brand. I compared my marks at 30, 40, and 50 yards with another new ranger finder and they were 5, 8, and 10 yards apart.
