Our vet recommended this product to our older puppy who has never stopped eating poop (both his own and other dogs). We've tried EVERYTHING - numerous chewables and powders to make the poo taste bad, probiotics, we even tried the muzzle and he STILL ate the poo and mashed his face into a pile of poo. This device works! Our vet instructed us to first say 'no' and beep and if he keeps saying 'no' to say 'no' again and then spray him. I only had to use the spray a couple of times before he realized what was going on and now when I give him a signal he changes his behavior immediately. We have also used it indoors to keep it from chasing our cats. The collar will hold a charge for several weeks. The remote control is easy to use. The packaging was very pretty. The only thing I would change is that there is a lot of extra stuff in the collar and there is nowhere to put it so our pup just ends up chewing on it.
