I like that it is easy for me as an individual user of this tool because everything runs through my email address which makes access simple.

The dashboard can be overwhelming at first but with some training we were able to navigate our way around easily enough once they add more features such as custom dashboards or better integration between platforms (such as Salesforce). It's also nice when using multiple accounts in one day if there are updates made by other users while i'm away from work then those changes get reflected back into mine without having to log out/in again.
