Revain sent me an open package (labeled "Revain Prime"). The paint had chipped off in several places. The supports appear to have been installed earlier. The hardware was also missing. All of my complaints stem from Revain sending an incomplete, used product even though it was advertised as new and unused. The product itself works great. I took the missing gear from the parts I already had. Robust construction and great attention to the weak connection point of the trailing arms to the rear suspension.
