Terrible sound quality

Connected to the iPhone and then to the speaker. It has constant background static and clicks. The volume coming out of the speaker through this cable is low no matter how I turn the volume up. I think it could be a manufacturing error. has contacted Ienza and is awaiting her reply. as they claim 100% quality assurance.

Pros

For iPhone compatibility, please use the original 3.5mm flash adapter. Many non-original adapters do not support the microphone function. Most Lightning to 3.5mm adapters cannot be connected to a microphone. Also, if you're using an Android device without a 3.5mm jack, make sure you're using a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter that you can plug into your microphone.
