My cup is leaking. When I tilt the cup to take a sip, the liquid gets under the lid, closes, and drips onto me. I'm so sad. The mug is very pretty and keeps my iced coffee cold, but I just spilled some coffee on my shirt and it's not the first time. I've been looking for an exchange and it seems I'm a few days late. I would buy it again if it didn't make a mess everywhere and ruin my clothes. I suspect this is a mistake because everyone else has such positive reviews. I emailed about the exchange with fingers crossed. EDIT: I emailed and got a very quick response. They sent me a new cap and it changed my life. haha, I noticed as soon as I put the lid on that it fits differently and will be airtight. And so it is! I love my mug, I love their customer service.
