The COCHARM Online Shopping Experience Leaves Something to be Desired

The opportunity to test out COCHARM's internet store was one that I, as an experienced product manager, was looking forward to. However, the experience left me feeling let down and frustrated. However, in actuality, the products are of poor quality, and there is a very small selection to choose from, despite the fact that they advertise themselves as a fashion destination with a unique selection of items. The actual garments are very different from the ones pictured on the website. The materials are low quality and poorly manufactured, featuring uneven seams and loose threads throughout. The shoes are not only uncomfortable, but they are also made of man-made materials, which cause my feet to perspiration. The most offensive items are the rings, necklaces, and other forms of jewelry worn on the body. They have the appearance of having been crafted by a youngster who paid no attention to the quality or the finer details of the project. It is abundantly obvious that COCHARM is more concerned with quantity than with quality. The poor quality of the customer support makes an already difficult situation even more difficult. When I attempted to return some of the items, I was met with a customer service representative who was impolite and unhelpful. They made it abundantly obvious that they had no interest in assisting me in any way. In general, COCHARM does not provide a service that I would recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying online purchasing experience. For those of you who are searching for one-of-a-kind and high-quality items, there are other options available that are much better.

Pros
  • Customer care with a smile and a helping hand
Cons
  • Some products are of low quality.
