I had the worst first-time online shopping experience possible with Ubeleco. Neither the color nor the quality of the hair extensions and wigs I ordered were as described on the internet. I reached out to their customer service department for aid, but they were inattentive and offered no solutions to my problems. This added even more frustration to the situation. It was also difficult to find what you were looking for on their website because of how poorly designed it was. It was difficult to make an educated purchase selection due to the lack of complete and comprehensive product descriptions. Overall, I was disappointed by my time spent shopping at Ubeleco's website and would not suggest it to others. It's not worth your time or money due to the low-quality goods and unhelpful customer support.
