Review on Zelp by Craig Rossman

I love how simple it is to use! There are so many features that you can set up your account with, but all of them make sense! They really have thought this through and they know what their users want/need. Sometimes there's an extra step or two because they haven't implemented certain things yet, but other than that everything has been super smooth! It takes little time at first to get familiarized with the system since it's very easy to customize. The price could be better if more customers were using the service. Honestly, we had some issues where it was difficult for us to receive answers from our team members when we needed help. We also received responses too late sometimes (like over 10 minutes after requesting). That being said though, these problems aren't really much worse than the rest of the services out there in general, which makes it hard to give specific feedback.
