Review on FTRT CRF450R 2007 2019 CRF450RX CRF250RX by Robert Sisco

These levers will not work with a Safety switch inside the clutch housing on new Honda motorcycles, although the shape of the lever looks the same. At least with my 2018 crf 250r it doesn't. The workaround is to swap the connectors in the wiring harness on the left side of the bike by disconnecting the 2 wires from the engine to the clutch lever and directly connecting them together. This makes the cables think the safety switch is always being pushed by the clutch lever. There are videos on YouTube showing how to bypass the security switch. The levers are good but only 1 star as they don't work properly as advertised on newer Hondas.
